"The driver was late on the second leg of the trip by about 20min. It would have been good to just send a message saying the driver would be late rather than let us worried to try to find another option in the middle of the night. We told that to him when he arrived, he called his next customers who were happy to hear he would be late but at least would come. Good communication otherwise."
